Salary is the most important
One of the things that tends to make me happy the most is the addition of new staff. That means as a company we are growing. It's also in hopes that proper departments are properly staffed. Again, lack of staffing in departments makes it extremely hard to do work, or to accomplish simple tasks.
Getting people back into their homes and businessrs.
