None. They are letting go of all the employees
Seems like our partnership/acquisitions are growing the company fast, but not much is being home-grown / engineers aren't seeing the money trickle down.

I'm on the engineering team and feel we collaborate well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at PayPal?
PayPal does not give its employees engouh raises. I have been working there for over 14 years and I got total of $1.50 raise per hour !!

How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?
Welcoming. Most people haven't been at PayPal more than a couple years, so there's no feeling of seniority
Very helpful, the ramp-up process was quick. During sprint planning they assigned me tasks with increasing difficulty as my skill level went up. They also made sure I had the chance to work on at least one task for each of our different projects within the first few months so I could become familiar with them.

Yes, I get to use the latest technology and I have many opportunities to innovate.
