  • PayPal does not give its employees engouh raises. I have been working there for over 14 years and I got total of $1.50 raise per hour !!

  • Welcoming. Most people haven't been at PayPal more than a couple years, so there's no feeling of seniority

  • Very helpful, the ramp-up process was quick. During sprint planning they assigned me tasks with increasing difficulty as my skill level went up. They also made sure I had the chance to work on at least one task for each of our different projects within the first few months so I could become familiar with them.
