In the office that I worked at, it was very flexible. But not all of PCM is offices are managed in that manner.

As innovative is 1950. However working in the office in Milwaukee; you could not work with a better bunch of people. It’s corporate that got their management ideas or education from a cracker jack box

People are always looking over the shoulder because it feels like you could be fired at any moment.
