They talk all this diversity but if you are not white and in a hourly position your voice means nothing.

The pay is pretty decently generous
Pay and medical benefits are both good
Company stock purchase is fair. I would suspect that will change in future to return more to bottom line.
Insurance is good. Pay is ok.
I make less than average for my role across the industry.
Teams are so lean that work-life balance is never an option and overtime is required. To stay on top of my workload, I'm commonly working 50 hours consistently to avoid getting behind with all the tasks being added to my daily duties. All to make a livable wage at the cost of everything else.
I started as a temp and was then hired in. I found out that I am making about $5 less an hour than those that were hired direct.
We are very tight with no egos.
Great working attitude, team work ethic.
We work through any perceived adversity collectively and achieve our goals.
Capability, kindness, tenacity. They are trustworthy.
We work well together as a team. Everyone is treated fairly and we help each other when needed.
Understanding how their function works and actually pulling their weight

Enforcing outcomes and improvement is the only way this team can improve. As it stands, people are only as good as the no-accountability system requires them to be.
If you are white and is an hourly employee no problem
How they can count on one another
Departments play hot potato with most issues going through so much red tape they get lost before they ever seem to get resolved.
People around are very positive.
I said the tone because I'm around myself all the time at work
Connecting the Public with our products and services.
Autonomy, positivity, trust in general
Eagerness to perform at 100%
A whole leadership overhaul with leaders who won't excuse poor performers who coast along.

Care more about the little guy.
Focus on Relationships both historical and future.
Take better care of the non union employees and not let supervisors think they can talk to employees anyway.
The bosses at every level I worked with
I appreciated the team I was hired into. However, the company reorgs so fast that you're never on one team for long.
HR was confused and bot effective but my dors t manager was excellent.
Transparency, professionalism and quick process.
Joe he was the best part of the interviewing process now really great guy great personality really motivated and positive I loved him
I was able to show case my previous experience with the future direction the Pentair position was heading in.
The interview process was fine. It's working here that's the problem.

Culture, diversity and work life balance.
The Win Right Values aren't just a slogan, we do put the effort forth.
