What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company is growing but it seems that everyone in leadership has a heart for what the company does, which is important when you serve the developmentally disabled community. I've had a positive experience with most everyone I've worked with and you definitely ned to love what you do.

Pay is competitive with market rate

we all try to work together because we should be there to do the same job advocacy for our individuals

the participants make the environment positive because you never know what the day would be like.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the pre screening process. making sure they are le of moving on to the next step of interview.
