Honestly worst job up to date. Not even gonna put it on my resume due to how garbage this job is. I was hired in and was told my hours and days I work won't change. Spoilers. They changed. Now im not making 40 hours when promised. Nor am I getting the lunches they said were required.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What leadership team? I haven't seen or heard from them moment I got hired here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give the employee the respect they deserve. We aren't robots so don't treat us like them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that interviewed me knew what he was talking about and was a cool guy. After management changed is when everything went down hill
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing to be completely honest. I wish I never took this job to begin with. Waisted aver a year and a half here. Every moment was horrible
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are probably the best people to be around. Fun to hang out with outside of here. They are also in agreement when I say this place has went down hill fast.
