I get paid 18/hr (hourly) and 26/hr (flag) I don't do anything but collect 18/hr and make less than 40/week. I take home 500 or less after taxes. Store Manager turns away all oil leaks and actual diagnostics. (store208) Management only cares about their pay not mine. so they only focus on tires.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store manager claims to have all ASE certificates and is a top notch tech (30yrs ago), The other 2 are 100% car illiterate and ONLY follow "company policies" why up holding their bad habits from smug management. District Manager has NO CLUE how to explain the pay structure and defers you to ADP
