Them need to work on , keeping their promises to employees , not just use them as a carrot on a stick to keep us going...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A livable wage and benefits we can afford that aren't bottom tier. A decent increase in base rate because the mechanics and techs have no control of what's coming in on a given day and productivity numbers aren't always achievable due to no fault of our own.
