This has been my least favorite job so far.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn communication is key
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to stop being so over-emotional and taking everything personally.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. Management is way too over emotional and creates a toxic work environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I honestly think this business should be shut down. I don't see it improving.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't make applicants jump through a million hoops for an entry level under-paying job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No appreciation for any work done by any higher ups. Currently making minimum wage when I believe I do more and am worth more than minimum wage.
