Our team in store not including our incapable manager, is fun to be around, loves interacting with customers and is a joy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been employed for two years, work in every position around the store, complete tasks with no complaints, and have never received a pay raise. Employed for two years I have only had one job evaluation.
