What did you like most about the interview process?I got to teach a topic to a group that included fellow instructors as well as students. They gave great feedback and input after it was done, and we traded teaching ideas. They appreciated the effort I put into what I presented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The willingness of everyone here to help you out when you need it. People habitually hold doors open. They routinely say hello and take time to see how you are doing. There is universal pride people take in doing their best here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Medical and dental is nearly 100% covered. It includes vision as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is a lack of direction and focus at the Business School. There needs to be a change in the leadership team and more management training to inspire staff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Truly care about and inspire the staff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Be more collaborative and have shared strategic outcomes.
