Several managers in tbe perry plant are extremely toxic to include sexual relationships in the plant, poor judgement, poor results, however they are part of a good ol boy system that controls the plant in general

Meetings where the supervisor management not the only ones talking that don't care how employees feel everyone has opinions and should feel comfortable expressing there at this job people won't say anything scared to speak up
