My hourly rate is fair wage for where i live but my job is a lot. I struggle to finish mynworknweekly because i can not work over 40 hrs even when i need to

What are some of the best things about your team?
Support, communication, fast responses, team work
They work together and very helpful
I enjoy watching the associates work together
The production force is actually very smart and they have good ideas. I listen to them and make the differences I can for them but not their actual higher ups.
They work closely with one another and willing to help out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My interaction with suoervisors and production associates. I trynhard tonwork for them since i am HR and they appreciate my efforts

we are a very diverse group
There isn't much time to talk while working unless you're close by to someone on your line or doing your similar kind of work. However, you are likely to find some good acquaintances and even friends at Perdue.

The fast process and getting started fast

They ramp you into the job
The recruiting team that lied to me, I really liked them. They were good at what they did and I can't be angry with them for the lies

Grows opportunity salary environment and development

I love coming in and learning new things. I have been training on several different position to give me a well-rounded education and plethora of knowledge
The breaks are nice. The work can be extremely hard on the body, but the semi-frequent breaks balance things out just enough that you don't feel absolutely overworked.
