What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The immediate leadership of my branch is excellent, but above the GM it seems like no one really cares what happens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid what I am worth and promised.
No paid sick days or personal days, no compensation for remote work equipment.
I think the health insurance could be better, and there is no stock option offer.

Currently well under market value. Bonuses and compensation don't have any basis in individual performance, but rather some vague metric.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn and embrace new skills.
Praise working 80+ hours, those who choose normal work-life balances, even working around 60 hours, are looked down upon.
