The company is male dominant. Leadership is focused on their own pockets and self interests than supporting the organizational growth. Leadership needs to be redefined at the corporate level. To many friends hiring friends instead of individuals qualified to take the company to the next level.
The company needs to reevaluate the Corporate leadership. MENA appears to be running great, but North America has trust issues and needs stronger leadership. Adding to much indirect overhead in Texas instead of investing on equipment and support at their manufacturing/sales facilities.
