Your files can be submitted in any format. The size limit for files is 50MB.

All project requests need to be submitted on the portal under the relevant service line. This ensures that your request gets to the appropriate team in a timely manner.

Here is the PfizerWorks transaction payment process: A quote is provided to the client. The client approves the quote and work can commence. The client's cost center is billed monthly for all projects that are completed within the month. (The cost of the project can be split between multiple cost centers.)

PfizerWorks Freelance Services includes Select and Expert and Bid your Project offerings. Both offerings allow you to directly connect with highly skilled registered freelancers. These freelances are self-employed and made available to Pfizer through two companies to perform project-type work for colleagues. When choosing a Freelancers you are responsible to clearly define the project, choose the freelance(s) who will perform the work, select/agree on the price for the actual work and provide ongoing project oversight and closure. Unlike with the traditional services we offer, PfizerWorks will not co-manage freelancers projects executed by and for Pfizer colleagues. PfizerWorks traditional services allows you to submit a project to one or more of many different service lines. The applicable PfizerWorks vendor, who is actively managed by PfizerWorks, will reach out to you to scope and quote the project. Work will commence once you approve the quote and project charter on the PfizerWorks portal. All rates have been pre-negotiated by PfizerWorks and Pfizer Procurement. You are accountable to provide clear project requirements, oversight and closeout. PfizerWorks shares in vendor oversight.
