The salary is definitely market level, although I did have to negotiate to near the top when I was hired
The job we do and the metrics we meet are tough. My pay doesn't reflect the location I live in. My pay does not compare well to other SDR roles in the market right now. With living costs rocketing, my pay was not increased based on at least inflation (should be done yearly in line with tax year).
Market value for the role is higher than what was offered & there are some basic benefits (like 401k matching) and potential for equity on Product team that is standard across industries. There isn't also a solid onboarding plan that managers can use to help train their employees.
I'm familiar with what my job typically pays so I am aware of the disparity between my pay and my peers at other organizations.
Inflation, and after 7+ months I should not still be on an entry level pay scale. I've been reached out to by recruiters with offers 30k+ over my current salary
Open, honest, helpful, encouraging, friendly, kind and supportive
We can all understand the struggle that is sometimes Phenom. Ie lack of communication & transparency from leadership (or last minute), products not being highest quality or having to build something because a customer wants it. We all feel the struggles and can lean on each other to laugh & support.
My team is always available to connect with, no matter the time of day, time zone, weekend/weekday, etc. I love this responsiveness.
Great communication, no dull moments, everyone is nice and respectful of ideas/opinions
Everyone is truly supportive of one another. Sometimes it is difficult to come into a new role where you are now the one setting expectations, but the team really are happy & willing to help me understand the ins & outs with care.

Flexible and remote. Do not micromanage
There are opportunities to grow and fill in the gaps - provided you don't hit a roadblock trying to enact change. The people here are generally also smart & innovative.
Once you get used to the constant change at Phenom, working anywhere else would be difficult.

Collaborating with my boss - I think the work they assign me suits my strengths.
being creative on an awesome product
Getting more and more pressure and cultural differences are starting to show from the US top down into our euro team. You need to get with the culture in each region and adapt or find someone who can step in.
There is a severely lack of communication and we are growing too fast. So fast that it is creating holes in communication which leads to issues with the product, lack of knowledge on teams to support customers, and causing burnout from employees taking on too much to just do their job.
There is definitely a lack of definition of my role & expectations. It is a new role, but there was no real onboarding for the team & kind of left me feeling a little lost. Also the health benefits for remote workers is still kind of confusing as to what the day-to-day costs actually are.
