The leadership team actually how to lead. On top of that, they listen and care about everyone's wellbeing. To see how beautifully they've cared for people through the pandemic, social unrest, and wild fires has been inspiring.

Our health insurance is 100% covered which is a rarity these days. So freaking awesome!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Philosophie cares. They care about how each individual feels day-to-day and how to make our workdays more enjoyable. They're creative and fun.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager told me beforehand that she was on my team. She wanted to make sure I had everything I felt I needed to be prepared going into the interview. She said they were rooting for me, and that I have nothing to prove going into it and to just demonstrate my knowledge and expertise.

Like many folks on the team, hired on as consultant first. This gave me and the company a chance to work together and see if it's truly a good fit for both sides. That was the best!
