What did you like most about the interview process? We did a group interview so I was able to meet a lot of my potential co-works before we started working.
What are some of the best things about your team?A lot of the agents here love what they do and make coming to work fun and enjoyable.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The free flight benefits that we get for being part of an airline. Travel can be a bit stressful at times especially when the flights get over sold and you have to work the next day. I personally have had to pay for a ticket to get home so I can make it to work on time!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually care about employees and treat like humans and not dogs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Care and appreciate us. Raise the pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Extremely undervalued and underpaid and extremely low morale for the entire station due to pay and compensation. The station is extremely Understaffed due to pay.
