What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent, thoughtful and rational. We are a high growth business but our team does their best to invest in the culture of our company and serve our customers as best as we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a diverse companies and all of our perspectives are included when we make decisions. We are all invested in our customer's experience and put them at the center of our work. Everyone here wants the company and the customer to succeed and how we work together internally shows that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative, generous, thoughtful and motivated. We all want to win but we help each other win as well - we work hard but we work hard together. I love working with my teammates and learning from them. This is super important to me and makes me love my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my team. Everyone is motivated, positive, kind and super smart. I also love that our company is committed to social justice and we actually do real work to make the world better. This is also evident in the make up of our company. It's rare to find a company like Pilot.
