(1) the amount of opportunity there is for us as a company and (2) getting to collaborate with my co-workers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are experienced, mature and know what they're doing since this is their 3rd startup together. The other two were acquired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company uses compensation bands and has since day 1, so you can always feel like comp is fair as long as you feel like you're leveled appropriately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly talented and smart. However, the thing I appreciate the most is that my team (and other teams) care about you as an individual and not as a cog in the machine.
