I came into Pilot not having a ton of experience in my field. They provided the appropriate training, and always make sure that I have every single tool necessary to not only be good at my job, but to excel. They really care about us, and that means more than they know!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I never feel scared to ask a question. I love knowing that if I don't understand something, I can't find something, or I just need help all together that there is always someone willing to lend a hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Waseem is wonderful as a CEO. I feel like the leadership at Pilot.com really do care about the employees, which is pretty cool. I like being kept up to date on the company's success and really knowing how things are going.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits. Our health insurance is out of this world. I am someone that has several chronic illnesses, and I can't say enough how nice it is to know that I will never have to pay thousands out of pocket.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like what I do. It's a fun, fulfilling job. I'm never bored, theres always something to do, and knowing that I have my team to chat with throughout the day make everyday great. That is what makes me happiest!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I met my best friend and bridesmaid by working at Pilot! Our team really work well together, and the best thing is that if you don't know how to do something or are lost-- they're right there to jump in and help you. That goes for ALL of Pilot. I know I can get help from anyone.
