What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our founders are on their third successful startup, and it shows - they've got the experience and instincts to lead. One step away from the founders, the rest of the executive team is focused and capable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pilot's more inclusive than anywhere I've worked previously. Not only is the team diverse across gender, race, sexuality, and other dimensions, Pilot's committed to hiring people who are formerly incarcerated or who have other truly "non-traditional" backgrounds.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Like most startups, Pilot offers significant equity compensation. When thinking about your compensation package, the equity should be a factor you consider carefully. It's hard to pinpoint the value, and it's always possible that the equity won't be valuable - but don't ignore the possible upside.
