The leadership team truly values their employees and make business decisions that reflect as much. Everyone is approachable and receptive to feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of one another. Everyone is willing to pitch in and lend a hand when needed. It's not always about work. We also take time to check in on each other personally.
