Compensation is on the low end, but you do have opportunities for overtime so you do have the ability to even out compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with a pretty diverse team and everyone has different interests/activities outside of work, but our company likes to highlight and celebrate those things which I think makes us pretty unique.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the most intelligent people who care so much about doing quality work. If I don't know the answer (and I'm not expected to know everything), there's always someone else who can help unblock me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like interacting with our customers and my teammates. I like that I'm able to help a founder achieve their dreams by doing the books. Our jobs may seem pretty standard, but it's always great to see a founder raise a round and know that you've made an impact by providing clean financials.
