Pilot is great. It's a really really challenging job, but that comes with any ambitious opportunity. We're trying to really build an impactful business, and the work reflects that. But it's incredibly rewarding to see progress get made, and know that I have an impact towards those long term goals

I feel very fulfilled at Pilot. We have ambitious goals, and as long as we keep attracting and retaining high caliber, hard working self starters, there's no reason we can't achieve a career-defining chapter at this company

It is a challenging but supportive atmosphere. The people care about the people, and that always is the first priority. It's pretty unique and special for a fast growing start up

They are extremely thoughtful. I feel like my needs as an individual are met, both on a personal and professional level. They care about my career trajectory and the impact my contributions make to the business. And on a macro level, they don't make knee jerk reactions to sudden movements
