What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How welcoming and helpful everyone is. Starting with the interview process all the way to working with Pilot for over a month, I have genuinely enjoyed meeting and working with each team member. Pilot's attention to culture and environment is like I have never seen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the mental health benefits access. Mental health services are one of the most needed and least provided benefits, but I am so grateful to work for a company that prioritizes providing them amongst all other areas of health and well-being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very upfront, communicative, and welcoming. There is always someone who is more than willing to help you and/or answer any questions you may have. I have always known who to reach out to when I cannot find the answer. I feel very supported by our leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but great. We are still growing and establishing our services but it is so nice to work with people I genuinely get along with and am able to learn from. I think we work really well together and will provide much success with the launch of Pilot's new service.
