What makes you most happy at work?
Closing a deal, having a positive call with a prospect, receiving positive feedback from a client or coworkers
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super friendly, welcoming, and are always willing to lend a helping hand (especially when I was onboarding remotely!)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has created a positive and comfortable culture at Pilot. I feel personally invested in the growth of the company. I also feel VALUED and appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great work life balance, i have a good relationship with my manager, and I dont feel like I have anyone breathing down my neck or constantly telling me that i'm doing something wrong. I'm recognized for my hard work while also pushed to grow and be better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am appreciative of receiving RSUs at Pilot, however I know that as an AE we get significantly less than other roles because AEs are known for "high turnover". However I'm invested in Pilot and plan to stay here for the longterm, so I believe we should be granted more Equity.
