That so many people are so willing to celebrate one another. Really cool to see
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not having to stress about a sick day. As a 35 year old single father with full custody, I have a hard time ever putting my own health first.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy the open dialogue that comes from the top down. I don't feel like a cog in a wheel at Pilot. I feel appreciated, heard, and also challenged.
