People are highly motivated and genuinely care about each other and the success of the company. The excitement everyone shares for how we're servicing our clients is palpable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can feel the collaboration across the company in how everyone wants to share the win. It's a collective effort to get a project done or something delivered for a client, and it feels good knowing we're all on the same team & rooting for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does an outstanding job of clearly outlining: the trajectory of the business, exactly what steps we are taking forward, and why. I've never seen such transparency at a company before and it makes a significantly positive impact on the culture and motivation of the team.
