The team is transparent and forthcoming about how the business is doing. They're also very accessible and welcome any kind of question, business or personal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on the team are extremely driven and extremely nice, willing to help out and collaborate at any time. Pilot has a great culture. They're also very aware of what's going well and what's not within the org.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teams are tight knit and there is a conscious effort to have team bonding activities and offsites. Another factor is the strong emphasis on documentation so that teams aren't siloed and can learn from experience over time. Institutional knowledge isn't lost with specific employees.
