What do you like best about the leadership team?

They encourage you to take your PTO.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The people I talked to were nice and the questions were fair.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team helps each other out. We all know it's rough at the company so we encourage each other.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Much better management training. More focus on the current people as opposed to profit growth. More initiative on DEI

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. I woild like a raise but at this point happy to take a job with the same pay somewhere else.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unfair compensation. Unclear expecatations followed by punishment when not doing what they want. Starting to go into micro-manage culture. The mangers don't seem to see what their workers are actually doing (which is alot).
