In 2 months here, I met almost the entire C-suite. That's... incredible.
They encourage you to take your PTO.
The leadership team is very open and visible even in work from home environment.
They are focused on empowering employees
Willing to share knowledge and guide you through your career.
Give raises to the little people too. Learn what it means to be a leader, not a micro-manager.
Open PTO (it's a good thing for this because otherwise we'd all burn out).
The benefit's package is very broad. It is good for people in various stages of life and it provides lots of options.
Unlimited PTO and many reimburesement programs such as commuting, HSA, and education.
Yes. I woild like a raise but at this point happy to take a job with the same pay somewhere else.
The team helps each other out. We all know it's rough at the company so we encourage each other.
We are all suffering together so we do our best to have each other's backs, but some days are hard.
Willingness to help is one of the best things about the team I work on. Everyone has their own roles, but are willing to help out others when they are in need or when they have availability.
Everyone likes to grow and work hard.
Diverse, smart, talented dedicated and friendly

it's extremely open and transparent and the people have clearly been selected for personality as they're all SUPER supportive
The most positive part of Ping's culture in my opinion is that they value their employees. This is done at all levels and across all levels, and is one of the most positive aspects of working at Ping for me.
Everyone feels like part of a team
Flexibility is the key. Makes balancing life and work way easier while raising morale.
Much better management training. More focus on the current people as opposed to profit growth. More initiative on DEI
They need to hire replacements for all of the people they have lost in the last 2-years. But it's become profit-preferred company now.
The people I talked to were nice and the questions were fair.
It was more integrity based than skill based
They have a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) you have to take before getting in, which would be fine if it didn't terribly slow down the hiring process. But some people don't test well, they should take that into consideration.
Solving difficult problems and working on latest technology
The people I work with
When we can make something complicated work out
Working hands-on with our product, creating labs
Unfair compensation. Unclear expecatations followed by punishment when not doing what they want. Starting to go into micro-manage culture. The mangers don't seem to see what their workers are actually doing (which is alot).
