- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Unfair compensation. Unclear expecatations followed by punishment when not doing what they want. Starting to go into micro-manage culture. The mangers don't seem to see what their workers are actually doing (which is alot).
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Much better management training. More focus on the current people as opposed to profit growth. More initiative on DEI
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes. I woild like a raise but at this point happy to take a job with the same pay somewhere else.
