What is the best part about your compensation package?

Open PTO (it's a good thing for this because otherwise we'd all burn out).

The benefit's package is very broad. It is good for people in various stages of life and it provides lots of options.

Unlimited PTO and many reimburesement programs such as commuting, HSA, and education.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. I woild like a raise but at this point happy to take a job with the same pay somewhere else.
