What do you like best about the leadership team?
In 2 months here, I met almost the entire C-suite. That's... incredible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Open PTO (it's a good thing for this because otherwise we'd all burn out).
The benefit's package is very broad. It is good for people in various stages of life and it provides lots of options.
Unlimited PTO and many reimburesement programs such as commuting, HSA, and education.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team helps each other out. We all know it's rough at the company so we encourage each other.
We are all suffering together so we do our best to have each other's backs, but some days are hard.
Willingness to help is one of the best things about the team I work on. Everyone has their own roles, but are willing to help out others when they are in need or when they have availability.
Everyone likes to grow and work hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's extremely open and transparent and the people have clearly been selected for personality as they're all SUPER supportive
The most positive part of Ping's culture in my opinion is that they value their employees. This is done at all levels and across all levels, and is one of the most positive aspects of working at Ping for me.
