Compensation is the lowest in the market typically.
this questionaire is now wasting my time - which is typical of the out of touch nature of corporate america. If you want me to feel valued, make it possible to communicate with you easier.

I feel like for the work I did, I was very unnappreciated and taken advantage of.
No communication among staff or managers
Starting pay for front desk is $10 p/hr and $15 for managers with raises yearly. Both of those things are absolutely INSANE.
All womrn are just looked at kije onjects there.
Appreciation, amount of work given to us for the amount paid
getting paid less than minimum wage, it would be nice to get paid a legal wage.
My only issue with this job is the pay. When you take into consideration the amount of money we make planet fitness $11 and hour is not fair. In this economy I can barley pay my bills but I love the environment so I stay. Between tours and memberships we should be making at least $13 an hour.
Getting fair paying for the energy put in to working with the company like average minimum wage.
Im hired for part time but work full time hours. I do not feel safe at work. I get harrased on thr daily and nothing but laughter is said or done about it. they expect you to do like 5 different job titles for minimum wage
The things that i have gone through here at planet fitness as a staff member i feel i am extremely under paid for the work that i do
Management does not demonstrate any behavior that they actually care about the members, employees, facilities, etc. When serious issues arise they cannot be reached and never work weekends or nights.
