I loved helping the older crowd in the morning and helping the younger crowd learn about muscle groups and splits in their training.....but what i loved the most was helping the most dedicated people in gym stay encouraged and watching them develope.....Ive been lifting for over 20 yrs

You actively make deals and information consistently and almost seems like on purpose sometimes and it obviously leads to a lot of incidents where people feel ill-informed because not only is some of the information not concise but it's presentation is also kinda suspicious quite often, (misleading)

Upper management needs to actually care about employees with actually difficult lives instead of just sitting on their $20,000 couches doing nothing but taking photos of their autistic employees
Different people over management that are actually fair and have the ability to communicate.
I cannot stress enough how beneficial Random check-ins by District manager and or regional manager random visits. Many concerning situations and health/safety violations could be prevented. A 1 on 1 quarterly intrview/check up with employees, not performed by direct club managers. DM for example.
The management is no good high very very high turnover no one stays longer than I don't know maybe 7 at the most before the most part everyone quits very high turnover from one of the pay is not enough and then you have to take a test just to get a raise when most jobs just automatic give to you

Management. Management needs to be better
more training on being sensitive to mental health
There is a lot of improvement needed but the main problem is management and employees
Management does not put forth much effort to train, retain or ensure success of team members. Management is negligent in providing a safe environment with quality equipment for staff and members.
Location is under staff. One to many individuals dont take the job seriously.
Employees need to do their jobs, ESPECIALLY managers.

Management needs massive improvement to be able to train and support employees. Also reasonable effort needs to be made to help disabled employees and customers.
Management , equipment , overall environment is not progressive for everyone , including the customers
There is no communication and there is no appreciation for staff and their hard work. Management is also not hiring more help when we clearly need it. We need Better management and communication.
