We all work as a team to make sure we all complete our tasks smoothly. We communicate well. They are very upbeat and positive. We get lots of praise from guess about how much of a great job we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our assistant manager is more of a help to us than the actual gm. She helps us whereever we need and has the patience to teach us when we dont understand certain things
The customers are awesome and it's interesting to see everyone all together at one time.

What did you like most about the interview process?
it was not too drawn out
My last manager was much more in tune with hiring and keeping business first.. my new management only hires individuals that they know and are friends with.. if they don't get drunk and play video games after work they're not getting hired
The Manager was awesome and very direct.
It felt like I might have found a place I wanted to work at, however what was presented to me and what I recieved was completely different.
