PNC Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Company stock options, 401k, healthcare, even a pension!

Fair vs market with reasonable balance if desired

The 401k match and pension.

Decent benefits. Health, tuition reimbursement, pension.

The benefits are good compared to others

I make a good income it is just a lot less than what is offered by peer competitors

Comissions and bonuses. Base salary bellow the industry

Pension after a year of service as a salaried employee on to of 401k match.

above average pay for my position

Decent benefits, nothing fancy though

Good salary with benefits and PTO. Insurance is actually usable unlike other companies I've been with that were barely as good as marketplace.

i appreciate the benefits and flex time

it is a variety of compensation

Company 401k and pension plan

Fair compensation, above market value.

It makes me feel like them retaining me and valuing my contribution to the company is reflected in my compensation

Base salary is great for my position

Paid time off and health benefits

Livable salary and vacation time

Employee match and vacation time

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below local market base salary for similar roles. Individually and as a whole department exceeding all metrics. Pathetic raise and bonus for all employees.

Undered valued because I ran a very successful customer contact campaign but was then ignored when it came to fining a replacement more flexible solution

Under compensated but good PTO

Not enough funds considering the

For the amount of abuse endured daily and the small pennies given for a raise is not enough. The pay is the bare minimum especially when the cost of living is so high we as employees are barely making it. Living pay check to pay check. Barely scrapping by and a check away from homelessness

I am laid below indistry standaed ans there is no bonus compensation steucture that i can follow. Its all based on what management feels like awarsing that year.

Make good on promises and stop shady practices! PNC uses every tactic to underpay employees with promises of the target salary within two years. They'll make changes during that time frame that resets the clock. It's happened within my team numerous times.

A reasonable raise or promotion

Being awarded compensation AND moving up and ariund the bank do not go hand in hand.

I feel that the compensation for leaders could be much more aligned with that of what other employers pay for the same position.

Adequate pay increases and overall incentives not just for those who return to office

Held to unrealistic expectations no matter how new to the company. Hired as"personal banker" but used as teller while forced to meet product sales/customer service goals and make a ridiculous amount of calls which must be completed before end of month. All while taking daily criticism from manager.

Fair pay, performance reviews should be more fair

My wage should be higher and I believe our benefits for medical could be improved with less cost to employees

Getting paid in line with the value i bring to the bank

At times but he work os overwhelming due to love statff

I'm a hard worker and it is noticed by many employees but can only give me a 1.5% as a raise. That is a kick in the head in such an insult.

i asked for less while joining

We are dealing everyones stressful things

Equity compensation. Most private bankers do not have access to equity.
