A lot of system issues, not notifying CX of issues. Threats from supervision etc

Management is very low quality

Employees need better systems. The VDI is terrible and so is edge knowledge. We cant work fast if everything is slow. Better training. We cant work affectivly if given the wrong information constantly.

lying occurs at every level as noone wants to take on the problems, so regionals cover for useless managers who cover for inept employees, whilst upper management stays oblivious to their own company

Stop merging Line's of Businesses together & then people who may have gotten hired within the last year or more end up losing their jobs

Put customers first & not force us to shove them off the phones within your less than 5.5 min goal. A lot of your customers have problems or mistake has been made on their accounts by an employee, have been lied to by an employee, or treated very badly by an employee; these take more time to fix!
