My coworkers and I use eachother as emotional support and give eachother encouragement while going through the daily abuse we receive from management. We're able to keep eachother going and work as a team to reach company goals in lieu of our manager's berating.

Not sure, I rolled over as a contractor
I was interviewed by three managers simultaneously but I didn't feel bullied. It was very professional but allowed for you to show some personality as well.
To the point. Set goals and expectations for the job ans career path.
Direct future managers are doing most the interview process and open about the role and future opportunities
