PODS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Can't complain they offer a lot

Pay is in line with experience and qualifications.

Fair rate of pay hourly

Great salary, great bonus, great benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

I don't have nothing bad to say about the compensation package...

The bonuses are good and there is ample opportunity to achieve them.

Annual bonuses are great. Awesome medical benefits

More Money in my Wallet

The benefits is a main driver and reason why I came to PODS

The compensation package is average

Paid time off, the flexibility to exchange days off with co-workers in case there's a conflict for a coverage

My IRA and benefits package

Always exceed annual bonus plan and the Long Term Cash Incentive Plan payout.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

LOL, is this questionaire serious? All you need is a heartbeat to be employed at PODS.

Undervalued because I'm under paid based on my work experience and ethics.... stop forcing management work upon warehouse workers and pay better

Higher pay. Actually have the HR department communicate with employees

Better medical plans with lower deductables.

Work all of us so hard so MM can get a bigger bonus.

Review from Operations Dept

A lunch break would be nice. You feel guilty taking a 15 minute break. Because your so far behind. To much responsibly for the pay.

I left the job and doubled my salary...what does that tell you?

I left the company and doubled my salary so you tell me

Review from Operations Dept

The hour were extremely to long. 12 to 14 hour days. It was totally unacceptable.
