What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No one knows the leadership team but they need to stop forcing management work upon forklift operators and hire supervisors ... and they need to pay better. Pods have no supervisors ONLY managers and up.. they try to give you $1 more to do your job and the manager job... or they force you to do it.
Timing and scheduling the jobs
My Manager was really rude. Threatening to fire her employs every day. Blaming drivers for wear and tear
Spend some time listening to the employees and sit in their seats for a day, The goals and expectations are unreasonable
Finding another company to ruin. The windstream gang are incompetent clowns
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Can't complain they offer a lot
Pay is in line with experience and qualifications.
Fair rate of pay hourly
Great salary, great bonus, great benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
LOL, is this questionaire serious? All you need is a heartbeat to be employed at PODS.
Undervalued because I'm under paid based on my work experience and ethics.... stop forcing management work upon warehouse workers and pay better
Higher pay. Actually have the HR department communicate with employees
Better medical plans with lower deductables.
Work all of us so hard so MM can get a bigger bonus.

Get hired. People do not get replaced here. Their workload gets split between who remains.
Coworkers are fine it's the VP's and SVPS of HR
It's a negative culture. It could benefit from being more team oriented.

Good coworkers is key and from my experience we help each other out
teaming, value each other, help each other proactively

For me it was easy
Great communication between me and the recruiting team. I always felt I know where I stood in the process.

garbage collecting phone calls such
Poor service from drivers.. Hold them accountable like call center reps are held accountable
