None. Can't keep drivers. Does not pay well
Manager works harder and longer than all of us.
Manager works himself till there nothing left to give. Above him not sure what the problem is. Always out of locks that customers need. Business phone for drivers don't work. Will not charge with cords. Purple screens, that you can only see at night. Been waiting 3 months for a cell phone that work
They responded quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic and moved the workforce home for the protection of them and their families. We have remained successful even with our voice of PODS all working from home.
No one knows the leadership team but they need to stop forcing management work upon forklift operators and hire supervisors ... and they need to pay better. Pods have no supervisors ONLY managers and up.. they try to give you $1 more to do your job and the manager job... or they force you to do it.
Timing and scheduling the jobs
My Manager was really rude. Threatening to fire her employs every day. Blaming drivers for wear and tear
Spend some time listening to the employees and sit in their seats for a day, The goals and expectations are unreasonable
Finding another company to ruin. The windstream gang are incompetent clowns
Leave the company before everyone who has real talent does

Natural Leadership is the most Important
Safety in relationship to Trucks and PODZillas and being DOT Compliant
PODS is the ome of the worst jobs I've ever had. The management at my Oakland CA. location was horrible & the supervisor was having an affair with the lead driver. So the lead driver never did any work & all her work it trickled down to the other drivers. The management didn't care about family.
