Pods force all management responsibility upon forklift operators and warehouse workers.. under paying them and they are being bullied to do it with the same pay or they get fired... hence.. they are constantly hiring..check the turn over rate.. I have work for over 10 companies and PODS is the worst

Undervalued because I'm under paid based on my work experience and ethics.... stop forcing management work upon warehouse workers and pay better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No one knows the leadership team but they need to stop forcing management work upon forklift operators and hire supervisors ... and they need to pay better. Pods have no supervisors ONLY managers and up.. they try to give you $1 more to do your job and the manager job... or they force you to do it.
