- What are some of the best things about your team?The camaraderie, we are all in this together, and everyone is very helpful and helps one another when reached out to.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?My supervisor used to be a technician, so he's very familiar with hardships of a technician which is something that is critical to conducive work environment.
- What did you like most about the interview process?Management is very friendly and welcoming at interviews

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The environment changed when a new supervisor was introduced that began micromanaging everything and having a fake friendly attitude. A select few people take a majority of the calls every day and pick up the slack of others with no recognition or reward.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Very little cross communication. The goals and expectations are unclear
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay increase hourly and why do we only get 41 cents a mile ?
