What is the best part about your compensation package?
retiring early, and being able to still to travel like I want to
we are paid very well for what we acgually do
My company has excellent health, eye and dental insurance and our retirement / thrift savings are matched up to 4%.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop being individuals and start working as a team
A little more helping each other and a little less judgment when mistakes are made by poorly trained people who were thrown cold into unfamiliar job duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
air conditioned, free parking lot nearby
We are a small office in a small town and we feel a family kinship in everything we do. Every employee under my supervision has voluntarily stepped up to help their co-workers.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I help customers find the answers they need from finding packages they ordered to helping them change their address.

What do you like best about your company?
I like that we are the oldest mail delivery system in the US and we are the only government program which uses zero tax dollars.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see more on-the-job training for new Postmasters which covers every aspectacular of their daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
