What makes you most happy at work?
When things work. In software development it's a great feeling to have a cognitive design or implementation challenge and not trip on the toolsets to deliver a great solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our entire upper management is very energetic, open-minded, and cohesive. They clearly have the employees' best interests in mind, and they are always available for sideline chats.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While the salary is right for my role, it is unclear how to advance outside this role: That said, we have had a very open culture here, and this quarter we are now working on clearly outlining specific roles and career latices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is upbeat and forward-thinking. We always put the customer first, and we all enjoy sharing and collaborating to help spread our own personal knowledge or to help and unstick others. It's a very tight-nit community here, and I feel that's why I fit in.
