What needs to change to make the company culture better?Focus on preventative maintenance, they want so much protection that they bandaid equipment to keep it running then when the equipment finally fails it takes 3 to 4 times amount of time for proper repair , in the end they loose more time and production and money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The expectations of being available 24/7 and putting in 50+ hours on site is exhausting for 5 figures.
